Pricing
Find out what it costs without booking a call.
Most agencies hide the number so you have to give up an afternoon to a sales call just to learn you can’t afford them. We put every price here. Fixed quotes before any work starts, no hourly meter you can’t predict, and you’re never billed for a diagnosis.
Every price is on this page.
Common People pricing: Quick Fixes are $200, or $550 for three.
Website builds are $3,500 (Starter), $6,000 (Professional), or $9,000 and up (Custom). Support retainers start at $2,500 a month. Content strategy is from $10,000 a project or $5,000 to $15,000 a month. AI consulting starts at $3,000. Emergency repair is quoted after a free written diagnosis delivered in about four business hours. Every figure is on this page, and you are never billed for a diagnosis.
Sound familiar?
You’ve been burned by a price before
“I’m scared the fix will cost thousands, or that they’ll make it worse than it already is.”
“I was already on my third company and very frustrated I was spending crazy money every month and getting no results.”
“The ‘custom’ design was actually a $60 WordPress theme with our colors slapped on it.”
“When we wanted to switch, we found our previous designer owned our code and wanted to charge us thousands to transfer it.”
Every one of those is the same problem: you couldn’t see what you were agreeing to until the bill, or the lock-in, arrived.
The promise
If you can’t afford us, you’ll know in ten seconds, not on a call
If the numbers below are wrong for your budget, you find out right now, for free, instead of after a discovery call and a proposal. Nothing here runs on a hidden meter: you approve a fixed price before we start, and you own everything we build, so there’s no ransom to leave.
Quick Fixes
Quick Fixes: one flat price, no meter
$200 for one fix. $550 for three. Turnaround is two business days.
A fix is one discrete problem with a clear finish line. Three real examples:
- A contact form that submits but never sends the notification email.
- A layout that breaks on mobile below a certain screen width.
- A page that takes eight seconds to load because of an unoptimized hero image.
What isn’t a fix: anything that needs a decision from more than one person, a redesign of a page, or a new feature. If what you have is bigger than a fix, we tell you before you pay, not after.
Emergency repair
Emergency repair: you get the price before we touch it
No published price, and here’s the honest reason. Emergency scope varies too much to quote blind. A site down from an expired certificate and a site down from a compromised plugin are the same sentence to you and two different days of work to us.
So instead of a price, here’s the process, and you can hold us to every line:
- You get a written diagnosis and a fixed quote in about 4 business hours.
- Nothing starts until you approve that quote.
- You are never billed for the diagnosis. Take it and fix it yourself, that’s a fine outcome.
Work starts the same day you approve. That means the work starts, not that every repair finishes that day, and we won’t pretend otherwise. A hacked or compromised site is cleaned up the same way: quoted after the diagnosis, starting from the Quick Fix price and scaling with the mess.

Website builds
Website builds: the whole number, before you commit
| Tier | Price | Around | What you get | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $3,500 | 5 pages | A site assembled from proven page sections. Fast, and it looks designed, because it was, just not from scratch. | 2 to 6 weeks |
| Professional | $6,000 | 10 pages | Sections designed and built for you rather than reused, plus the integrations a working site needs: real forms, CRM or email hookups, gated pages. | 2 to 6 weeks |
| Custom | $9,000 and up | Scoped | For sites where the hard part isn’t the pages. Content models, information architecture, content creation, functionality that has to be built rather than assembled. | Scoped per project |
Page counts are a guide, not a cap. A fifteen-page site that’s fifteen straightforward pages is still a Professional build. What moves a project to Custom is what the site has to do, not how many pages it has.
Where a build lands in that two-to-six-week window is mostly not about us. Content, access, and how fast decisions get made are what move it to the front or the back. A project with copy written and logins in hand starts at the fast end.
Every build includes strategy, design, build, and launch. Copywriting is available on any tier and is quoted separately, because a five-page site with a clear story and a five-page site starting from nothing aren’t the same job. Platforms: WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, or custom.
Support retainer
Support retainer: ongoing help without the hourly meter
Starts at $2,500 a month. Three tiers, and which one fits depends on the size of the business and the surface being supported, not on a number of hours you have to ration.
| Tier | Who it fits |
|---|---|
| Care | One site, one team, predictable content and support needs |
| Partner | Multiple sites or a busier publishing operation, plus improvement work, not only fixes |
| Scale | Multi-site or multi-brand, roadmap work and revenue operations alongside support |
This is built for small and medium businesses and larger. If you’re a solo operator with a brochure site, a retainer is more than you need, and Quick Fixes will serve you better. Retainer clients get a preferred hourly rate for work beyond scope.
Content strategy and enterprise
Scoped, and here’s why that isn’t evasion
Project engagements start at $10,000. Ongoing strategy runs $5,000 to $15,000 a month.
The reason it’s scoped and not a flat price isn’t evasive: the work is genuinely different when you’re consolidating 30,000 URLs across four domains than when you’re fixing a publishing bottleneck on one site. We quote after we understand which one you have. Enterprise work is scoped the same way, for the same reason.
AI consulting
AI consulting: a real build, not a workshop
Projects start at $3,000.
That buys a real piece of work, not a slide deck: one repeated manual process, mapped, automated, and handed over with documentation so it keeps running after we leave. Bigger engagements (custom tools, several workflows, work that changes how a team operates day to day) are quoted after we see the process. If the AI work is ongoing rather than a project, it belongs in the retainer above.
Everything, one place
The whole thing in one table
| Offer | For | Price | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quick Fix | One discrete broken thing | $200, or $550 for three | 2 business days |
| Emergency repair | Site down, or broken and costing money now | Quoted after a free diagnosis | Diagnosis in about 4 business hours, work starts same day on approval |
| Website build | A new site or a rebuild | $3,500 / $6,000 / $9,000 and up | 2 to 6 weeks |
| Copywriting | Words for a build you’re already buying | Quoted with the build | With the build |
| Support retainer | Ongoing support and improvement | From $2,500 a month | Ongoing |
| Content strategy | The process, not the pages | From $10,000 a project, or $5,000 to $15,000 a month | Scoped |
| AI consulting | A repeated manual process worth automating | From $3,000 a project | Weeks, not months |
What moves a quote
Here’s what makes a quote go up
Four things move a quote up, and you can see all of them coming:
- Platform. A custom stack costs more to work in than WordPress or Squarespace, because less of it is already known.
- Access. If we spend the first day getting logins, that’s a day.
- Urgency. Work that displaces other work gets priced accordingly. We’d rather say that than pretend rush work is free.
- Discovery. If nobody can say what the site is supposed to do, finding out is part of the job.
FAQ
What you’re probably wondering
On builds and retainers, yes. Half up front and half on launch is the usual split, and we can talk about other shapes. Quick Fixes are invoiced in full, because the whole point is that they’re small.
That’s our problem, not yours. A Quick Fix is a flat rate. If we misjudged it, we finish it anyway and we learn something about our own estimating.
No. Not on emergencies, not ever. You get the written diagnosis whether or not you hire us to do the work.
Ask. Half of what we do started as somebody describing a problem that didn’t have a name yet.
